Each search begins with a consultation about your patient base, software, hours and clinical mix. Searches are retainer-based, with fees agreed per position. Dental recruitment: questions employers ask
Do you recruit for specialty dental practices?
Yes. Along with general dentistry, we recruit for orthodontic, periodontal, endodontic, paediatric and oral surgery offices. Specialty practices often need assistants and front-office staff with specific experience, such as orthodontic records or surgical assisting, so we build the screening around the procedures your office performs and the referral relationships your team manages.
Can you find dental staff for practices outside the GTA?
Yes. Toronto and the GTA are our home base, but we also run dental searches by phone and video for practices elsewhere in Canada. Dentists and hygienists must be registered with the regulator in the province where they practise, so we confirm that each candidate holds or can obtain the right provincial registration before you meet them.
Do you supply temporary dental staff?
Finch is a recruitment agency, not a temp or staffing agency. We find candidates who join your practice directly, whether in permanent, part-time or fixed-term roles such as maternity leave coverage. The employment relationship is between you and the new hire, and we stay in touch after the start date to make sure they are settling in.
