Can you recruit for roles that need a security clearance or background check?
We screen for candidates who are willing to complete the checks your organization requires, and we confirm this early so it does not cause delays at offer stage. Government security clearances are handled through the sponsoring organization, so if your role needs one, tell us during the consultation and we will build that requirement into the search.
Do you recruit for managed service providers?
Yes. Managed service providers often need technicians who can switch quickly between client environments, document their work carefully and stay calm with frustrated users. We screen for those qualities alongside technical skill. We also recruit for in-house IT teams at offices, clinics, manufacturers and other organizations across the GTA.
Which certifications should we ask for?
It depends on the role. Support roles often list CompTIA A+, network roles may list Cisco certifications, cloud roles often list AWS, Azure or Google Cloud credentials and senior security roles may list CISSP.
