We can. Our North York office is a short drive from southern York Region, and on-site meetings can be arranged by appointment. Many York Region searches run entirely by phone and video, which keeps things moving when your schedule is tight. Either way, the process, the screening and the retainer terms are the same.

Can you find candidates willing to work in Newmarket, Aurora or Georgina?

Yes, though it takes a targeted search. Candidates who already live in the northern towns, or in nearby Bradford West Gwillimbury and other Simcoe County communities, are often the best fit because they value a short commute. We raise location early in screening, so you do not interview someone who will tire of the drive.
